    My photobook project is comprised of archival family photos, that are primarily film photos.  

Digital photos and film photos taken starting in the spring of 2023, through to November of the same year. My photobook explores the feelings brought up as I reviewed memories from my childhood, primarily when looking through old family photos in preparation for my late mother's funeral after her sudden passing. The first three text pieces after the foreword are from phrases that my mother would repeat to me through my childhood and occasionally into young adulthood whenever I needed cheering up, or a reminder of how much she loved and cared for me. They consist of a passage from a children's story and two songs.
